5 Easy Workouts that Don’t Involve Running


Do you have bad knees? Well so do I, but don’t let that stop me from working out!! Working out doesn’t have to be a barrier, so here are 5 quick exercises that you can do that don’t involve running!

    My boyfriend would not go for these exercises alone. He makes me run a mile before all of our workouts! LOL this is a nice variation of workouts that anyone of any fitness level can do though. Any ab workouts are my favorite!

    I totally need to watch this babe!! Traveling full time is been a drastically a change for me since I cannot workout like I use to with my personal trainer. Now I have to learn what to do by my self. Such a great video please keep sharing.

    This was so informational!! I actually love using leg machines! I think my favorite is the leg press, which is sorta similar to the machine you used 🙂 I think the worst one I’m at is the bike, though I love biking LOL.
