5 Easy Workouts that Don’t Involve Running
Do you have bad knees? Well so do I, but don’t let that stop me from working out!! Working out doesn’t have to be a barrier, so here are 5 easy workouts that you can do that don’t involve running! I have a bad knee, so I’m not one for running, but I do like my gym time. It’s a great break from constantly studying, so I’m glad for the respite. I wanted to share my routine with you all in the hope it’ll provide some inspiration for you. If you like it, be sure to let me know! My boyfriend would not go for these exercises alone. He makes me run a mile before all of our workouts! LOL this is a nice variation of workouts that anyone of any fitness level can do though. Any ab workouts are my favorite!
