Red, Suede, and Leather

I bought a pair of American Apparel Afrika print harem pants one day, and I’ve been DYING to wear them since I bought them over the summer!!! I took advantage of the cooling weather and decided to pop them out, along with a pair of shoes that I borrowed from my mom’s closet! I’m notorious for taking her shoes like these leather pants and I’m surprised she didn’t notice. It was great to pair the leather shoes with the leather jacket and it made a timeless look I can wear over and over again. Plus who doesn’t like print? And who doesn’t like leather?! It’s perfect!

Red, leather, and suede…its pretty obvious from the pictures what I’m wearing but let me elaborate a bit. Its not cold here for the whole day (yet). It’s chilly enough that once I’ll put on a pair of pants and wear them all day, instead of having to change midday! I bought these in Berkeley over the summer. I haven’t been able to wear them since the Georgia heat has just been overboard here!! So I pulled them out and made an outfit with them! I didn’t know what shoes to wear. That is until I saw these beauties stashed in the back of my mom’s closet, dust on them…I had to rescue them!  They are leather with suede tips, and the heel is very walkable! I brightened up the majority of the pictures, and who knew an iphone 4s could take such great photos. Thanks to my friend Jennifer for taking the pictures for me!
