The Body Shop. I’ve been there before, but never for anything like what I got this week. I’ve been looking for new bodywash for some time now and while I popped into the mall for clothes, I came out with some skin items too!!
Honey Body Wash | Satsuma Body Wash | Cocoa Butter Body Wash | Tea Tree Oil | Lip Gloss | Body Spray
People have been talking about The Body Shop for ages now, but I’ve just never gone in and shopped there! There is one at Lenox Mall in Atlanta and it always smells so good, but when I’m on a shopping mission, beauty/skincare items are not always at the top of my list. I went in with a few friends. They roped me in with the Buy 3, get 3 free promotion that’s going on right now. I have 0 regrets.
I’ve been using the Satsuma body was since I bought it and it smells heavenly!!! It’s a simple shower gel that can be used in a foamy bath and my gosh, the smell is amazing. The citrus smell isn’t too strong after a shower, but it’s there and stays subtle throughout the day which comes in handy when I’m being active or going out. The cocoa butter and honey ones smell great also. Just haven’t gotten to use them yet…but soon!!
I bought the body washes, but I got the three other items for free, which is always great. The oil was recommended to me by the store employee. She says that it’s great for curing a quick pimple. I don’t get them often, but when I get one, it’s horrible and I can’t pop it. But the oil gets in and gets rid of it, which is amazing! Lip gloss, standard, sweet raspberry flavour, good for on the go use! Boom! Okay body Mist, another thing recommended by the employee. This is the Japanese Cherry Blossom scent. Like the satsuma body wash, it is subtle, but good to have on a daily basis. After dance, I’m not at my freshest. This is a nice spray to mist on after practice and freshen me up a bit!!
