As a young African-American woman based in London and Atlanta, I designed this blog to be a place where I can share my life, travels, and things I love with the world. I started this journey in September of 2013, and since then, so many life events have happened, both good and bad. The blog is all about being honest and sharing the ups and downs that come during life with you all.

At the moment, I have no idea what I want to do with my life just yet, but that’s okay. I’m learning to embrace being a multi-hyphenate person, with all of the good and bad that comes with. I’ve probably started and stopped this blog 5-6 times since I began over a decade ago (how crazy is that?!). This next phase is all about going with the ebbs and flows of my life.

There is so much uncertainty in the world, but I hope that this blog can be a landing area for people like me. Just as I’ve changed over time, the blog has gone through many upgrades and iterations, starting in 2013 as The Style Selections, again in 2016 as The Hat Logic, and finally in 2018 as Jordan Taylor C, my own name.

I’ve missed writing with all of the focus on video formats, so I’m glad to be back.
